Ona is a Pensions Secretary at Local Government Association. She has delivered a number of projects most recently establishing a new Cost Transparency and Benchmarking framework in May 2026 in conjunction with the National LGPS Frameworks team. She continues to work on Board initiatives to ensure investment cost transparency. She is also currently working on the Board’s plans to support the implementation of the Government’s recent investment reforms in the scheme. Prior to this Ona has worked in both the local government and higher education sectors.
