Lee Marshall is the new Investment Director of Global Property & Natural Capital at LGPS Central and is a highly experienced real‑assets specialist. Most recently, he served as Head of Real Estate at the Pension Protection Fund (PPF), where he led on strategy and execution of a global portfolio.

Prior to this, Lee spent over a decade in indirect property fund management roles at Aviva Investors and LaSalle Investment Management, working closely with pension fund clients and helping to launch global real‑estate investment strategies.
