Lauren leads CGF’s engagement with investors and is responsible for driving sustainability initiatives across the firm’s operations and portfolio. She has 25 years’ experience in institutional investing, pension funds and sustainability at Storebrand Asset Management UK, SKAGEN Funds, Schroders and Fidelity Investments. Lauren was named Professional Pensions ESG and Sustainability Woman of the Year 2025. She holds an MSc in Climate Change: Environment, Science and Policy (Distinction, Best Thesis Award) from King’s College London, and a BSc in Mathematics from University of Leeds.
