David has worked in both the Private and Public sector leading regeneration and development projects in the UK. He joined Torbay Council in 2023 to lead the delivery of our ambitious regeneration programme and working in partnership with Wilmott Dixon and Milligan. A Chartered Civil Engineer by background David has had a varied career in private practice before coming across into the Public Sector at Director Level with North Somerset, WECA, Somerset Council and now Torbay Council.
