Prior to joining Longview in 2021, Tom worked for Westray Capital Management, an investment management firm focused on a fundamental long/short equity strategy, where he was a Partner for five years. Before this, for two years, Tom was an Investment Professional on the public equities team at Man GLG, and for three years prior to that, a Private Equity Investment Professional at TPG Capital, a private equity firm focused on leveraged buyouts.

He started his career at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division. Tom has obtained the following academic qualifications: a post-graduate qualification in Management and Finance from Sciences Po, Paris, an MSc in Management from IAE Lyon and an MSc in Computer Science from the Warsaw University of Technology.
