Louise Jack joined LPPI in September 2023 to lead the Chief Operating Officer directorate comprising finance, investment operations, IT and business change. She is an Executive Director on the LPPI Board. Louise's expertise in platform scalability and business growth spans 20+ years in financial services and includes product innovation, fund administration, organisational design, and technology.

Louise was at Macquarie Group from 2008 to 2019 as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of their funds division where she focussed on private markets; and more latterly was the Portfolio Company Lead and Chief Operating Officer at Shell Energy Trading, a position she held since 2019. She began her career at PwC in the London and Sydney offices and is a Chartered Accountant. A strategic thinker, Louise has won multiple awards for leading high performing and diverse teams.
