Dominic has over 25 years’ experience and is Fund Manager of the Savills IM Simply Affordable Homes Fund. He joined us in 2021 and oversees the investment strategy and portfolio construction in line with the fund’s strategic objectives.

Prior to Savills IM, Dominic led the establishment of Affordable Accommodation Investment Management to create a vehicle for institutions to access social-housing assets, which involved creating the registered provider AAIM Housing RP (now known as Simply Affordable Homes).
